William L. Logan

William Lee Logan, 71, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at his home in Buckner, Missouri. 

William was born February 20, 1955, in Leavenworth, Kansas, the son of Wilbur and Helen Lee (Spain) Sparks. He was a Millwright and enjoyed travelling, fishing in the lake or ocean, and going to flea markets. He was an avid fan of the KC Chiefs and Royals. William was a people person and was the first to show up for those he loved. He also offered peer support for those in recovery. He was a man of the Lord and of the Methodist faith.

William’s survivors include his wife of 51 years, Paula Logan; son Dr. William Logan (former spouse Melanie); nine grandchildren: William, Victoria, Sydney, Saul, Izaak, Michael, Sesily, Daemyn, and Stella; two great-grandchildren: Waylon and Owen; six siblings: Patricia (husband Ronald), Chuck, Kathie (spouse Lisa), Danny (wife Terri), Eva (husband Mike), Larry; sister-in-law Carol; brother-in-law Dennis; and many other extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Eleanor, and son Jason.
