Keanu K. Thompson-Failing

As free as the sea, as wild as the ocean….

Keanu’s name is Hawaiian in origin – Keanu meaning “cool breeze”, and Kaikoa meaning “sea warrior”.  When he came into this world and our hearts, he showed up much earlier than planned!  In the days and weeks to come, Keanu would show all of us the meaning of Keanu Kaikoa!

Keanu’s body produced much more fluid than his little lungs and heart could handle.  His fight was one of a warrior against water – Kaikoa.  Keanu showed every one of us how to be strong, brave, and fearless.
